ABOUT SILVERWOOD

New bookings for staycations are exceptional, It is true the staycation market is set to boom for some time, additionally we have been also inundated with wedding requests.

At Silverwood, our lodges are well furnished and comfortable with private decks and many have hot tubs. Set in a peaceful country location it is easy to see why Silverwood stands out as a top lodge resort.

Silverwood has been finished to a high standard and is Visit Scotland quality assured.

We have 5 top wedding venues in Perthshire within 4 miles, meaning our accommodation had to be up to the standard of the stately homes and castles that our wedding guests were attending.

Each venue has up to 150 guests every weekend putting Silverwood in the hot seat for accommodation.

Now with staycations set to boom, Silverwood is easily accessed from the A90 Dual carriageway and set in rolling Perthshire countryside. Silverwood is just over an hour from Glasgow, Aberdeen and Edinburgh and only 10 minutes from Perth and Dundee with many family attractions. Of course Dundee is set to be the home of the new Scottish Eden project and many other major attractions and concerts so Silverwood is in an ideal location for families to stay and explore central Scotland from. There are lots of family walks and many local attractions.

DEVELOPMENT AT SILVERWOOD

Silverwood’s very own Bistro Barn is an excellent addition to the resort where families can get together for meals and drinks with views over our own stocked trout lochin, currently with on site fishing and plans for a children’s play area and pitch and putt golf. Silverwood is an idea family resort. Silverwood will be starting our barn Extension late 2021, This will be twice the size of our existing Bistro barn meaning that the wedding venue will then be able to have up to 200 guests or functions and lounge bar for residents. Currently Silverwood sleeps 62 guests with the addition of the new units on site for 2022 this will bring the capacity to 208.

July 2021 saw the installation of our first custom design unit from our factory with a further 5 arriving to complete phase 1. September 2021 will see the start of phase 2 commence with a further 19 bespoke lodges from our factory added to our 20 acre facility, completing Silverwood Resort ready for the 2022 season.

Investment in Silverwood provides a fixed return, paid quarterly in arrears from completed contract with the comfort of an assured AND legally secured exit option from the end of year 10 or have the option to extend the term by agreement.

Both the annual return and the return of your capital after 10 years is supported by tangible legal security provided by the holding company are provided with contractual assurance serviced by the parent company. Full details to be disclosed in the purchase documentation.

All lodges are provided fully furnished and carry no additional costs throughout your investment. Due to high demand, Silverwood builds a bespoke in-house brand-new lodges for It’s own development, delivered and installed are within a matter of weeks, vastly reducing any development delay risk.

Furthermore you are assured of income generation from the completion date of the paperwork so you instantly generate an income. Should you require your capital back early, we may be able to transfer your interest prior to the 10-year expiry to another investor.

MARKET DEMAND

WARRANTY AND LIFESPAN

Our Lodges are hand made timber kits with metal roof tiles (10 year manufacturer warranty) polymer wood cladding (10 year manufacturer warranty) and do not need treated or painted every season. The lifespan of a lodge is 30 years plus,

SIMPLE INVESTMENT PROCESS

Investment with Silverwood is simple, and we’ll guide you every step of the way. You can start benefiting in six easy steps.

  1. Complete Reservation Form
    Your reservation form is submitted to your sales agent and a reservation 2% fee paid to confirm your interest and prepare contracts.
  2. Contracts Issued
    You will be issued an investment contract pack to review.
  3. Review Contracts
    During this time, you’ll have the opportunity to liaise with your sales agent to discuss any questions you may have regarding the investment contract pack.
  4. Sign and Return Contracts
    Once you are completely satisfied and ready to confirm your investment, contracts will be exchanged through an appointed UK lawyer. Investing is simple, and we’ll guide you every step of the way
  5. Completion
    Contracts are signed and funds transferred to the appointed UK bank account to complete your investment. Returns are paid quarterly from the date of the investment payment to the UK bank account of your choice
  6. Lodge Construction
    The lodge is either on site, in production or will go into production and is constructed, on-site in accordance with the high quality specifications. New lodges are delivered and installed on site by Silverwood’s specialist contractors.
